Dr Niharika Rai will drive strategic workforce planning, leadership development, organisational design and change management at TK Elevator India as the elevator and urban mobility solutions provider sharpens its people agenda, after assuming charge as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Her appointment brings experience in strategic HR leadership, organisational transformation and talent development across technology, engineering and manufacturing businesses to the India operations.
Before joining TK Elevator, Rai was HR Leader for Microsoft’s Cloud + AI, Security and MDQ businesses at its India Development Centre.
Prior to Microsoft, Rai served as Group HR Head for P&ES and TBSPL at Thermax from May 2022 to October 2024. Rai joined Thermax after her stint at TD SYNNEX, where she was Director, Talent Management for Asia Pacific from July 2021 to May 2022, working on leadership development, succession planning, organisational development and change management across 13 countries.
Before TD SYNNEX, Rai was HR Head, Global Business Operations at Honeywell Process Solutions, supporting employees across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
