Mukta D Sharma will lead the group HR function spanning Asian Energy Services, Oilmax, Anirit and Kuper, with a mandate to align people strategy with business priorities across multiple operating entities after taking charge as Group Chief Human Resources Officer effective September 2026.
In her new role, Sharma brings experience in multi-location HR strategy, industrial relations, workforce transformation and organisational effectiveness, with the task of coordinating leadership development, succession planning and employee experience across the group’s engineering and energy services businesses.
Sharma joins the group from Thermax, where she served as Group HR Head from July 2023 to August 2026, overseeing HR strategy across more than 50 locations and working with senior leaders on workforce planning, succession management and organisational effectiveness.
Before Thermax, Sharma was Head of HR and Employee Relations at Eaton from June 2021 to July 2023, where she led HR strategy for a manufacturing business, overseeing staff, unionised and flexible workforce segments.
Prior to Eaton, Sharma held an HR leadership role at Honeywell from October 2018 to June 2021, managing HR operations, performance evaluation, workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
Earlier, Sharma served as HR Manager at CEAT from October 2015 to October 2018, where she contributed to workforce readiness for a greenfield plant, built training frameworks and led employee engagement initiatives.
