Parul Pruthi will lead HR for Lumax Industries Limited’s Engineering Centre, bringing experience across automotive HR, talent strategy and organisational transformation to the Global R&D function, after being appointed as Head HR – Global R&D
The appointment places Pruthi within the research and development arm of India’s leading automotive lighting company at a time when the sector is actively building capability around EVs, lighting electronics and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) features.
Most recently, Pruthi served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Revolt Motors, a role she took on in July 2025. Before Revolt Motors, Pruthi was Head of HR at Marelli-India Technical R&D Centre from September 2014 to June 2025, where she oversaw all HR and general administration functions,
Earlier at the same group, Pruthi served as HR Manager at Magneti Marelli Powertrain India from February 2014, after being appointed Deputy Manager-HR in August 2012. Pruthi joined Magneti Marelli S.p.A – Electronic Systems and Powertrain in April 2010 as Senior HR Generalist, taking on an Assistant Manager role in the same month, where she managed HR planning, budgeting, recruitment, pre-hiring, post-hiring, contract labour and induction of new joinees.
