Shaili Tyagi will lead the human resources function at AGI Greenpac Limited as the packaging products company deepens its talent and organisational agenda during its next phase of growth, following her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her new role, Tyagi is expected to lead strategic HR priorities including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational capability building and the alignment of human capital strategy with AGI Greenpac’s long-term business objectives, in continuity with the mandate the company has previously outlined for senior HR leadership.
Tyagi joins AGI Greenpac after her stint as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sheela Foam Limited (Sleepwell, Kurlon), from which she resigned effective 31 August 2026 for personal reasons.
Before Sheela Foam, Tyagi served as CHRO of DCM Shriram Chemicals, where she provided strategic HR leadership within a diversified manufacturing environment. She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur and is based in Delhi.
