Welspun Living has elevated Rakhi Shukla to Deputy General Manager – Business HR Head for its Domestic Home Textile and Flooring Business.
The move builds on Shukla’s earlier elevation to Assistant General Manager – Head HRBP and Talent Acquisition for the same domestic home textile and flooring verticals. Since joining Welspun in 2024, she has served as Head HRBP and Head Sales HRBP, aligning people strategy with business goals across the group’s manufacturing and retail operations.

In the expanded role, Shukla is expected to lead business partnering and talent development for the domestic home textile and flooring businesses, with a focus on building leadership pipelines and strengthening the talent function.
Before Welspun, Shukla held HR roles at the Lactalis Group and Bajaj Processpack. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from GLA University.
