Karix has elevated Uma Singh to Senior Director – Human Resources.
The elevation follows a progression through several HR roles at the enterprise messaging company, where Singh has served as Director – HR Business Partner, Associate Director – HR Business Partner and Regional Human Resources Business Partner. At Karix, she has worked across people strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management and organisational change, supporting business teams through workforce planning and performance management.

Her career spans more than 15 years of experience in HR leadership and business partnering across the technology, payments and financial services sectors. Before Karix, she spent close to nine years with Hitachi Payment Services in HR roles spanning talent acquisition, employee relations and HR policy, with earlier experience at Bharti AXA.
