Wipro has appointed Arushi Sharma as Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP).
“Today, I’m incredibly humbled and proud to share that I’ve been promoted to Assistant Manager HRBP at Wipro,” shared Sharma. “This journey has been more than a title change- it’s been a transformation.”
“As an HRBP, I’ve had the privilege of being at the heart of people conversations, navigating complex challenges, and witnessing the power of empathy in action. The exposure has been immense, and each experience has shaped me, stretched me, and taught me lessons I’ll carry for life,” she added.
In her new role, Sharma will drive strategic people initiatives across diverse business units. Her key achievements include leading leadership engagement programs, revamping and driving rewards & recognition frameworks, and delivering high-impact All Hands Meets with strong participation and feedback.
Sharma has been a part of Wipro since July 2023, when she joined as a Senior Executive for Human Resources.
“This milestone is a reminder that everything is achievable when you show up with commitment, courage, and heart. The road may be winding, but every step forward is worth it,” Sharma expressed.
From January 2018 to January 2020, Sharma was also associated with Zscaler. She started with an internship as a Product Support Engineer and then took on a full-time role under the same designation in July 2018. Sharma also has an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
