Travel Food Services Limited (TFS) has appointed Aavinash Yogeshwar as its Chief Human Resources Officer, taking charge of the people function at the airport food and beverage and lounge operator. In his new role, Yogeshwar will lead strategic workforce planning, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, talent management, and HR risk and compliance for the organisation.
“As I step into a new portfolio, I feel the same excitement, energy, and hunger to learn that I felt on my very first day, 27 years ago,” said Yogeshwar.
Yogeshwar joins TFS from Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund, where he served as Head of Human Resources from October 2022 to September 2026. In that role, he led the asset management firm’s HR strategy covering workforce planning, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, talent management and HR risk and compliance reporting.
Before his Mahindra Manulife stint, Yogeshwar spent more than 16 years with Mahindra Finance, progressing through several HR leadership roles including Country Group HR Head, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager HR Business Partner, Zonal HR Manager for Central and North India, and Regional HR Manager for North.
