Kavita Sadhu has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Head – Business HR for IT at Tech Mahindra. In her new role, she will focus on driving HR transformation, enhancing business partnerships, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous growth.
Prior to this, Kavita served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Verticurl (a WPP company), where she played a key role in shaping Verticurl 2.0, an initiative aimed at equipping the organization to deliver relevant and future-ready services in the era of AI disruption. Her work has also centered on developing future-ready talent pipelines, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and promoting continuous learning through innovative development initiatives.
Kavita brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across the IT, ITeS, and financial sectors. She has held senior roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Thomson Reuters and Capgemini, where she led impactful HR strategies aligning business objectives with people priorities. Recognized as a result-driven leader, Kavita has a proven track record of driving change and transformation through business-focused HR practices in both large global enterprises and emerging start-up or scale-up environments. Her expertise lies in mergers & acquisitions, talent management, global HR operations, organizational design, and future-ready workforce strategies.
