Sterlite Electric has appointed Archana Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Srivastava joins Sterlite Electric from TE Connectivity, where she spent close to four years heading HR for India. Her mandate at Sterlite Electric spans people strategy, organisational capability, and talent development as the company advances its next phase of growth. She brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, built entirely within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Her career began at Thermax, where she joined as an intern before taking up a full-time HR executive role. In February 2010, she moved to VA Tech Wabag as Senior Executive – HR. A year later, she joined Kirloskar Oil Engines as Deputy Manager – Human Resources (Corporate), based out of Khadki, Pune, where she handled compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies, and HR automation.
In 2013, Srivastava moved to Kalyani Steels as Head – HR (Corporate), before joining Continental as Head of HR for powertrain plants in Pune. Her subsequent roles included HR leadership positions at Vitesco Technologies, covering the BU Sensing and Actuation division, before she took on the India HR head role at TE Connectivity in 2022.
Srivastava holds a degree in Computer Applications and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
