Rapyder Cloud Solutions has appointed Abhishek Patel as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Patel will drive talent development, organisational transformation, and the evolution of HR frameworks that can support Rapyder’s business growth and workforce alignment. His brief spans building out capability-led hiring, shaping culture, and readying the HR function for the demands of a fast-growing cloud ecosystem.

Patel steps into Rapyder after an eight-year-plus tenure at Axis Bank, where he most recently served as Assistant Vice President in Priority Banking from November 2017 to April 2026, based in Mumbai. During his time at the bank, he led programme and channel initiatives and held responsibilities across training, customer experience, and quality.
Before Axis Bank, Patel spent nearly five years at TMI Group as Associate Vice President from February 2013 to November 2017 in Hyderabad, working on leadership and HR initiatives. He joined TMI from Mahindra Satyam BPO, where he served as Senior Program Manager from January 2010 to January 2013, with responsibilities across operations and programme management.
Earlier in his career, Patel was a Senior Manager at GE Capital from May 2006 to January 2010, where he built foundational expertise in operations and business processes. His early career also included a stint at HDFC Bank in financial services and operations.
