Nurus Saba has been appointed Head – Human Relations, India, at Infravision, a next-generation energy-tech and stringing solutions company. As a key member of the leadership team, she will spearhead the development of an agile and scalable people architecture to support Infravision’s rapid business growth.
In her role, Nurus will focus on:
- Designing and institutionalizing HR strategy, governance, and people processes to ensure business readiness
- Leading talent acquisition and workforce planning across projects, sites, and corporate functions
- Driving leadership development, organization design, and culture transformation
- Implementing digital HR frameworks and aligning global policies to enhance operational excellence
- Championing employee experience, engagement, and retention through data-driven initiative
Previously, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at Bajel Projects Ltd. Overall, Nurus brings over 17 years of experience in building high-performance cultures. Throughout her career, she has designed seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, revamped employee benefits, and led engagement programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. She believes that engaged teams drive stronger business outcomes, while structured onboarding significantly enhances retention and productivity.
Nurus has also been part of Simpl, where she enhanced employee experience by redesigning onboarding, benefits, and engagement frameworks. She has additionally held roles at ATPI, Callan Research, MSCI Inc., and Mancer Consulting Services, building a solid foundation in strategic HR leadership.
