Honeywell Sundyne India has appointed Prachi Paranjape as India Leader – Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

With over 15 years of experience under her belt, Paranjape is an expert in HR digital solutions, HR analytics, change management, HR business partnering, inclusion & diversity and employee engagement. She is known for defining HR strategy consistent with business strategy and challenges for delivering sustained organisational growth in a dynamic, highly competitive environment.
Prior to Honeywell Sundyne, Paranjape was a part of Honeywell for over four years. She joined he company in October 2021 as Senior Lead HRBP and was promoted to HRH Leader – APAC in April 2024.
For five years, Paranjape was associated with Capgemini. She started working there as Consultant – Lead HRBP in November 2016. In July 2018, Paranjape was promoted to Senior Consultant – Lead HRBP. This was followed by her appointment as Lead HRBP, Lead EE COE in July 2020.
From May 2010 to November 2016, Paranjape worked for Infosys. She was first appointed as SME HRBP and then became Team Lead HRBP in January 2013. Paranjape then became Assistant Manager HRBP in July 2015. In the past, she has also been associated with Union Bank of India and Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL).
