GSK has appointed Preethi Narasimhan as Director – Learning Operations. In her new role, she will drive initiatives focused on strengthening learning efficiency, operational excellence, and capability transformation, enabling teams to succeed in a fast-evolving business environment. Previously, Preethi was with Diageo as Vice President – Learning & Performance (India, Global Finance, Operations & Technology). In this role, she spearheaded global initiatives across Finance, Operations, and Technology, delivering effective learning interventions that promoted organizational growth.
Prior to that, at HSBC, she strengthened global learning frameworks, and at Intellect Design Arena, she developed a comprehensive competency model that empowered more than 1,300 associates. Her initial roles at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd and AIG provided a solid foundation in HR, learning design, and organizational development, reflecting her enduring commitment to people and performance excellence.
Overall, Preethi brings over 15 years of experience in Learning Strategy and Solutions Design, Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, Competency Management and Development, Online Learning Management, and Content Design and Development. She is recognised for creating impactful Learning and Organizational Development solutions that align with business goals and drive growth strategies.
