GlobalLogic has appointed Kavitha Ramaiah as Director of People Development.
In her new role, Ramaiah will lead talent development, leadership pipelines, and continuous learning across GlobalLogic’s global workforce, with a remit closely tied to the company’s digital engineering growth roadmap. She will build scalable HR frameworks at GlobalLogic, focusing on future-ready skill building, leadership pipeline depth, and a continuous learning culture across the organisation’s product engineering and digital transformation businesses.
Prior to GlobalLogic, Ramaiah was with Aspen Technology for over 7 years, where she most recently served as Senior Human Resources Manager.
Ramaiah began her career almost two decades ago as an HR trainee with Wipro GE Healthcare. She then joined Genisys Software as Executive–HR from 2006 to 2007. In July 2007, she moved to Headstrong as Senior Executive–HR, a role she held for over three years.
She joined Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2011 as a Strategic HR Business Partner, where she spent over eight years. In this role, she partnered with the business on performance management, quarterly promotions, compensation revision, and the annual employee survey, supporting an IT horizontal of around 3,500 employees.
In December 2018, Ramaiah joined Aspen Technology as Human Resources Manager. Three and a half years into the role, she was elevated to Senior Human Resources Manager in May 2022, a position she held until her recent move to GlobalLogic in April 2026. She brings nearly two decades of experience across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR business partnering, and organisational development across global tech and services companies.
