In this role, she will steer strategic HR initiatives, cultivate a culture of innovation and inclusion, and champion people development as FiveS Digital advances its growth journey.
Vijayshree brings over 25 years of experience in leading end-to-end people strategies across top BPOs, global enterprises, and fast-growing start-ups. She has held pivotal roles at Ocube Services, JindalX, Genpact, Serco, PeopleScout, WNS Global Services, and Avantha Business Solutions PSG, where she spearheaded HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Beyond her corporate leadership, she has made notable contributions to the non-profit sector, serving as Board Member at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) South Asia, Board Advisor at Avyro, and undertaking multiple HR consultancy assignments for MSF across South and Central Asia.
Throughout her career, she has led large-scale hiring initiatives, digitized key HR processes, and introduced impactful people practices that enhanced internal mobility, retention, and leadership pipelines. She has a proven track record of building HR functions from the ground up, designing scalable systems for emerging and transforming organizations while aligning people, culture, and capabilities with business goals.Her work has consistently driven business growth through strong employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
