Sumana previously served at Intel Corporation as Director & Country Leader, Talent Planning & Acquisition, India, and DEI Lead, Greater Asia. In that role, she led diversity hiring initiatives, enhanced employer branding, and developed frameworks to empower women leaders, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
With over 24 years of executive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition for Fortune 500 companies, Sumana has a proven track record of designing and implementing recruitment strategies across sectors such as Semiconductors, Product, Technology, Infrastructure Services, Sales, Business Intelligence, Data Sciences, and Shared Services. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading technology and services companies, including Intel Corporation, Philips, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Bank of America, and Genpact. Her core expertise is in building and leading high-performing teams to meet the end-to-end talent needs of global organizations.
