DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad has appointed Kritika Arora as Human Resources (HR) Manager, effective September 2025.

With over 10 years of experience, Arora is well-versed in human resources, learning, and quality assurance across leading hospitality brands. Her expertise helps in building strong organisational cultures, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent development.

The appointment marks Arora’s return to DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad. She had previously been a part of the establishment from May 2016 to March 2018. Arora started working there as a Training Executive and was later appointed as Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Training in September 2017.
Prior to her latest appointment at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad, Arora was working for Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Training Manager from May 2023 to August 2025. She was also a part of IHG Hotels & Resorts from January 2022 to April 2023 as a Learning and Quality Manager.
From August 2019 to January 2022, Arora worked for The Pride Hotels, India, as Assistant Training Manager. She also worked for The House of MG from May 2019 to July 2019 as Assistant Manager (AM), HR and LnD. In the past, Arora has been associated with Trident Hotels, Focus Management, Minda Corporation Limited, Pune, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
