Crimson Hotels has appointed Sheetal Thakur as Human Resources (HR) Manager for The Aaureum Resorts and International Convention Centre in Bhilwara.

In her new role, Thakur will lead all HR functions at The Aureum, from pre-opening operations to creating long-term people practices. She will focus on setting up robust systems, building a motivated team and nurturing a workplace culture that supports growth, teamwork and guest excellence.

Prior to joining Crimson Hotels, Thakur was the HR Manager for Ramada By Wyndham, Sonipat, Murthal. She took on the role in December 2024 and oversaw functions like hospitality recruitment and training & development.
From December 2022 to November 2024, Thakur worked for Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India as an HR Manager. She held the same position at The Ferns Hotels & Resorts from December 2020 to December 2022. Thakur also worked as an HR Executive for Castillo Hotel from August 2019 to October 2020.
In September 2017, Thakur joined Clarks Inn Group of hotels as Human Resources Coordinator. She was also an HR Associate for Policybazaar from May 2016 to May 2017. Thakur has an MBA in HR Management and Services from the Institute of Management and Technology.
