Collabera has appointed Krishna Gurjar as Team Lead – Talent Acquisition.

Gurjar has been a part of Collabera for over six years. He started working for the company in June 2019 as a Talent Specialist (BFSO), becoming responsible for the full life cycle of the IT recruitment process. In May 2021, Gurjar was elevated to the role of Senior Talent Specialist (BFSI).
Later, in March 2023, Grujar became Lead Talent Expert, a role he had held prior to his recent promotion. In this position, he managed and supervised up to six recruiters, including training, daily process/system support and mentoring.
“It’s been an incredible journey over the past 6 years with the Collabera — from starting out as a Talent Specialist to now stepping into a leadership role. Every phase has been a learning experience that shaped both my professional and personal growth,” said Gurjar.
Gurjar has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. He is skilled in recruitment and selection, talent management, career development, general HR operations and administration with practical hands-on exposure to HR software systems.
