Sujaya Nag has joined Brigade Group, a leading Bengaluru-based real estate and property development company, as Chief Human Resource Officer and Senior Vice President.
In her new role, she will drive the people and culture agenda across on building agile teams, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture where performance and purpose go hand in hand.
Prior to this, Sujaya was with Booz Allen Hamilton as Global Head, Employee Relations HR, Asia Pacific & Europe, where she led HR operations for over 1,600 employees across both regions. In this capacity, she oversaw global employee relations initiatives, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with diverse labor laws while navigating complex cultural contexts.
Sujaya brings over two decades of experience spanning multiple industries and geographies. She has also been instrumental in building future-ready organizations. Beyond her corporate accomplishments, she is widely recognized for her global experience, spanning technology consulting, the creation and scaling of Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and the integration of leadership practices across diverse geographies.
