Tata Consumer Products has elevated Arshia Singh to Vice President, Leadership, Talent and Learning. It’s her fifth role at the Tata Group FMCG company in nearly seven years.
In the new role, Singh is responsible for leadership development, talent management, learning and organisational capability building. She has held the position since July 2026, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Her first three roles were in the company’s specialist talent and learning function. In 2023, she moved into business HR, supporting the packaged foods business and the integrated finance function. The new role brings her back to leadership, talent and learning at a more senior level.
Her time at the company has coincided with a period of change. Writing on LinkedIn, Singh noted that the organisation evolved from Tata Global Beverages into Tata Consumer Products, expanded its portfolio, and added brands such as Soulfull, Capital Foods and Organic India. Describing the HR team’s part in that change, she wrote:

Before Tata Consumer Products
Singh spent about a year with the Times of India as HR Business Partner and Talent Management Lead for supply chain, before joining Tata Consumer Products in January 2020.
She began her career at WNS Global Services, where she spent more than four years. Her last role there, from 2016 to 2019, was Deputy Manager, HR Organisational Development (Leadership Development). Her work at WNS covered leadership hiring, HR projects, organisational development, and compensation and benefits. She managed the company’s flagship leadership development programme and received an Outperformer Award from the Group CEO.
Singh holds an MBA in human resources management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from Panjab University.
