Dhaani Ram has joined DLF as Assistant General Manager, Human Resources, moving to the real estate major after more than 15 years of HR leadership roles at DLF Brands.
In his new role, Ram brings extensive experience in HR leadership, people strategy, organisational effectiveness and HR governance, with a background in aligning people initiatives with business objectives, building high-performance cultures, strengthening leadership pipelines and fostering inclusive, growth-oriented workplaces.

Ram joins DLF Limited after a 15-plus year career at DLF Brands Private Limited, where he most recently served as Head, Human Resource, having been promoted to that position in 2024. He joined DLF Brands in January 2009 as a Management Trainee and progressed through Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager HR, Manager HR and Senior Manager HR, before being promoted to Assistant General Manager and then Deputy General Manager in 2019, and to General Manager HR in 2020.
At DLF Brands, his responsibilities spanned talent management, organisation design and restructuring, HR automation and digitalisation, including a Workday implementation, compensation and payroll management, and serving as the regional point of contact for code of conduct and compliance matters, including as presiding officer for POSH complaints in North India.
Ram holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University.
