Dimple Kaloya has moved to MetLife Global Capability Centres, or MGCC, as Chief Human Resources Officer. In the role, she will lead MGCC’s people agenda as the centre builds future-ready capabilities and evolves its operating model.

Kaloya brings experience across workforce strategy, organisational transformation and talent leadership. Her mandate at MGCC covers the people strategy for the captive centre as it scales its operations in India. She has previously worked at HSBC, EY, Aon, WNS Global Services, and S&P Global.

Delighted to share that I have joined MetLife Global Capability Centres (MGCC) as Chief Human Resources Officer,” Kaloya shared on LinkedIn. “My first few days have been filled with warm welcomes, meaningful conversations and great energy. A sincere thank you to everyone who has made the transition so seamless.”

MetLife Global Capability Centres began operations in 2007 in Noida and have since grown into a large captive network for the insurer. The centre today has more than 6,500 employees across four Indian cities, Noida, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Pune, supporting MetLife’s global operations across technology, operations and shared services.
