Pune-based Enpro Industries has elevated Ranjeet Singh to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Singh has been with Enpro Industries since 2021, serving as General Manager Human Resources, where he led the company’s HR, administration, safety, CSR, and business excellence functions. His promotion to CHRO marks an internal recognition of the work he has done in strengthening the company’s people practices and operational excellence agenda over the past five years. In his expanded role, he will oversee a workforce of over 1,500, including contractor workmen.
Singh brings over 20 years of experience in HR leadership across manufacturing environments. He began his career in 2005 as Deputy Manager HR and Admin at Parryware Roca, where he managed plant-level recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance, performance management, industrial relations, SAP-HR systems, and employee engagement. Between 2009 and 2017, he spent over eight years at Tata Steel in multiple HR leadership roles. He has also worked with Sudarshan Chemical Industries.
