NoBroker.com has appointed Mitrabinda Mishra as General Manager, Human Resources, moving her up from leading talent acquisition at quick-commerce firm Zepto to owning a broader people mandate at the brokerage-free property portal. At Zepto, she spent over a year as senior manager, talent acquisition, building hiring systems for a business scaling fast.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as General Manager, Human Resources at NoBroker.com! supporting the New Projects vertical,” Mishra shared on LinkedIn. “In this role, I’ll be partnering with the business to build and scale high-performing teams while driving key HR initiatives that enable growth, performance, and an exceptional employee experience. Looking forward to this exciting journey and the opportunities ahead!”
Mishra trained as an engineer, finishing a BE in electronics and communication, and started at Infosys in 2009 as a system engineer before rising to assistant business analyst. She left in 2016 to run freelance interior-design projects, then earned a PGDM in marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. From there, she pivoted into HR, joining BAeHAL Software as a senior business associate in HR and recruitment, with later stops at Bonito Designs and Dunzo before Zepto.
NoBroker.com runs a property-search platform that cuts brokers out of rental and resale transactions. As GM-HR, Mishra will steer people strategy across hiring, performance, and employee experience for a high-growth tech company. Her brief at NoBroker centres on designing talent strategies tied to business goals and finding niche talent for high-impact roles. The engineer-to-HR arc is worth tracking as she builds out the function.
