Aprecomm, the Bengaluru-headquartered AI-driven network intelligence company, has appointed Sapna Gopinath Kizhekkeveettil as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Sapna will lead the company’s global people strategy, talent transformation and organisational development agenda as Aprecomm scales its next phase of growth across international markets. She joins Aprecomm with more than two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology and services organisations. Her most recent role was Global CHRO at Nexusnow.ai, which she joined in August 2025, where she led HR initiatives across India, the United States, Europe and the APAC region.
Before Nexusnow.ai, Sapna spent close to five years as Head HR at ALTEN India, joining the engineering and technology services firm in August 2020. During her tenure, she scaled the HR function alongside the company’s growth, set up new offices, built performance management systems, and contributed to Great Place to Work and TISAX certifications for the India business.
From March 2015 to March 2020, Sapna was Human Resources Manager at Prime Focus Technologies. Earlier, she was Human Resources Manager (Generalist) at Max New York Life Insurance from March 2008 to December 2012. Before her India career, she worked at Triangle Communications, Hong Kong, as Human Resources Manager from March 2007 to February 2008.
