Rituparna Sengupta has been appointed Head of Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR Manager at Wow! Momo.
In her new role, Sengupta will lead hiring strategy across India and oversee corporate HR for the brand, with a focus on building scalable talent acquisition frameworks, strengthening employer branding, and supporting culture-led growth as the chain scales.
Sengupta moves to Wow! Momo from Anmol Industries Limited, the biscuits and bakery major, where she had been Talent Acquisition Head since May 2019. Over a seven-year tenure at Anmol, she led large-scale hiring initiatives and built out the recruitment function across the organisation.
Earlier, from late 2016 to May 2019, Sengupta was HR Manager at Senplacement, Kolkata. Before that, she joined Adeo Consultancy as Assistant Manager — Human Resources in 2014, a role she held for over two and a half years. She began her career as an HR Recruiter with Suvidha Placements in West Bengal.
Sengupta holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta and a Master of Human Resources from NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education (NMIMS CDOE), completed in 2024.
