Rustomjee Appoints Salil Chinchore as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Chinchore will lead Rustomjee Group’s people strategy, talent development, and workforce planning in his new role. His focus will be on building future-ready teams aligned with the company’s business growth as the Mumbai-based real estate developer scales operations and expands its footprint across the city and beyond.

Prior to Rustomjee, Chinchore was a part of ElasticRun, where he served as CHRO from 2022 to 2026 and played a key role in shaping HR strategy during a high-growth phase at the B2B e-commerce and logistics firm.
Before ElasticRun, Chinchore was Head of HR at Godrej Agrovet Limited from 2017 to 2022, leading HR and industrial relations for the agri-business. He has also held senior leadership roles across several prominent organisations earlier in his career. In 2015, he was recognised among the “Most Influential 100 HR Professionals in Asia” by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress.
