Health Prime has appointed Nidhi Bajaj as Vice President (VP) of Human Resources.
“Early in my career, I thought strong organisations were built on policies & processes. Experience taught me something far more powerful: Great organisations everywhere are built on people,” Bajaj shared on LinkedIn, adding, “Looking forward to learning, listening & growing with the Health Prime teams across India!”
Based in Vadodara, Bajaj will lead Health Prime’s people strategy for its operations in India. Her mandate includes enhancing employee experience, strengthening team capabilities, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives as it scales its India business.
“As HealthPrime grows, my focus will be on strengthening a people-first culture and building a future-ready organisation – where Customer success, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork and Professional development are part of everyday work-life,” said Bajaj.
Bajaj brings more than two decades of experience across HR and business functions in multiple industries. She joins Health Prime after spending over 11 years at Concentrix, where she most recently served as Associate Director – Human Resources. During her tenure there, she played a key role in enhancing HR processes, talent systems, and data-driven decision-making. She was also known for curating the “Spotlight Series,” a cross-functional programme spanning leadership inspiration, tech infusion, DE&I, and people growth. Her earlier experience includes a stint at Wipro, and she began her career in customer service and hospitality with Devi Resorts.
Currently, Bajaj is part of the Emerging CHRO Program at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, where she is advancing her strategic HR leadership capabilities. She holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur.
