Global eyewear major EssilorLuxottica has appointed Kavya Santhosh as Head of Talent Acquisition for India, strengthening its hiring leadership as the company deepens its presence in one of its key growth markets.
Santhosh moves from Zinnov, a global technology research and management consulting firm, where she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader. In her new role, she will oversee EssilorLuxottica’s end-to-end recruitment strategy for the India market.
Her career spans more than 15 years at multinational organisations in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology. She began her professional journey as a Senior Associate – HR at Xchanging in Bengaluru in May 2009, before moving to Continental Automotive India as an HR Executive. She subsequently joined Quintiles Technologies India as a Staffing Consultant.
From February 2016 to June 2017, Santhosh served as Associate Lead Recruiter at Novo Nordisk. In August 2017, she joined GSK as Human Resources Manager and was later elevated to Talent Acquisition Leader within the same organisation — a role she held for over four years.
In May 2022, she took on the position of Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition for the Indian Subcontinent at Philips, before her move to Zinnov, from where she transitions into this appointment.
