Quarks has appointed Ravi Kumar as Chief Talent Officer.

Partnering closely with our Founder & CEO, Mr Vipin Vindal, Ravi will play a pivotal role as a strategic growth architect, shaping the organisational capabilities essential for our ambitious 10x growth journey,” Quarks shared on LinkedIn.

In his new role, Kumar will lead the design and evolution of the global organisational structure, while building and engaging a high‑performance frontline and matrix-delivery organisation. The company believes that his leadership will be instrumental in strengthening talent practices and supporting the expansion of its global footprint.

Prior to Quarks, Kumar had been a part of Cyient. He was associated with the company from November 2023 to February 2026 as Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, Kumar worked for Quest Global for over 9 years, serving as Global Head – Talent Acquisition from April 2012 to November 2023.

From December 2001 to April 2014, Kumar was with Geometric Americas as Director – Global Talent Acquisition. He also served as a Recruitment Manager for HCL Technologies from September 1999 to October 2000. In April 1997, Kumar joined Datamatics as a Recruitment Officer.
