Waaree Group has appointed Himanshi Jain as Head – Organization Design & Talent Management.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head – Organization Design & Talent Management at Waaree Group,” Jain shared on LinkedIn.
Prior to Waaree Group, Jain had been associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals. She started working as General Manager – Organization Effectiveness in April 2023. In June 2024, Jain was given the role of Assistant Vice President – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation, and she held it until November 2025.
This was not the first time Jain had been associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals, having also been a part of the company from February 2019 to October 2022. She had first joined as Deputy Manager, Human Resources and then became Manager, Human Resources in December 2021. In May 2022, Jain was promoted to Assistant General Manager – Organization Effectiveness.
From October 2022 to April 2023, Jain was a part of Felix Generics as AGM – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation. She was also with Advantmed from September 2017 to February 2019 as Assistant Manager – HRBP & Campus Connect.
For over three years, Jain worked for Task Staffing Solutions. She was appointed as Research Associate- Recruitment in December 2013 and then as Associate Consultant- Recruitment in April 2015. From November 2016 to July 2017, Jain served the company as Consultant – Recruitment.
