PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher) has appointed Priyanka (Yadav) Karve as Vice President, HR – Wealth Management.

With over 15 years of experience, Karve is well-versed in workforce planning, leadership hiring & development, talent management and succession planning. She is also skilled in HR strategy & business partnering, process excellence, project management, HR transformation, employee engagement, and much more.
Prior to joining PL Capital Group, Karve had been associated with HDFC Securities for over 8 years. She first joined the company in February 2018 when she was appointed as Senior Manager – HR. In April 2024, Karve was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and she held the role until March 2026.
Karve was also a part of Mahindra Finance for over 7 years. She was first appointed Deputy Manager, HR, in February 2011 and later promoted to HR Manager in May 2016.
