MOVE has appointed Sandeep Ghatke as Head of Talent Acquisition.

It’s an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders across the region and build teams that will power our next phase of growth and innovation,” Ghatke shared on LinkedIn, adding that he is looking forward to reconnecting with colleagues and building great things together.
With this appointment, Ghatke will be returning to the AirAsia team, as MOVE is a one-stop travel, e-commerce and fintech platform that works in collaboration with AirAsia. Ghatke had previously worked for AirAsia from June 2018 to June 2022, first as Head of Tech Recruiting, before becoming Head of Recruitment – AirAsia Digital in June 2021.
From May 2024 to February 2026, Ghatke served as Director of Talent Acquisition at ZoomInfo. He was also a part of Freshworks from July 2022 to May 2024 as Director of Talent Acquisition.
In October 2015, Ghatke joined Groupon as Head of Talent Acquisition (Engineering) – India. Before that, he was associated with Flipkart as Talent Acquisition Manager, having taken up the role in December 2014. Ghatke has also worked for eBay, Samsung India Software Operations, and Synetairos Technologies.
