DHL Express has named Saurabh Dalvi as the Head of Human Resources for its IT Services operations in India, strengthening its people leadership as the organisation continues to expand its technology and digital capabilities in the country.
Dalvi brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources, including over a decade and a half with DHL Express, where he has held several leadership roles across talent management, performance strategy and employee engagement. During his tenure, he has played a key role in advancing hiring strategies, enhancing workforce experience and supporting organisational growth initiatives across India.
In his new role, Dalvi will be responsible for leading HR strategy for DHL’s IT Services India division, focusing on talent development, workforce alignment and strengthening people practices to support business transformation. His mandate includes enabling a high-performance culture while ensuring HR initiatives remain closely aligned with evolving technology and operational priorities.
The appointment comes as DHL continues to invest in its IT Services ecosystem in India, which serves as a critical hub for digital innovation and global technology support within the logistics major’s broader transformation strategy.
