Lighthouse Canton has appointed Nitun Mohanty as Vice President of Human Resources.

With over 14 years of experience, Mohanty is known for driving global HR shared services, people operations, compliance, and HR transformation across fast-growing organisations and GCC environments. Her expertise includes end-to-end HR Operations, HRIS implementation (Workday, ServiceNow), payroll governance, labour law compliance, and HR analytics.
Prior to joining Lighthouse Canton, Mohanty had been with First Citizens India. From November 2023 to December 2025, she worked for the company as Human Resources Operations Manager.
In September 2021, Mohanty joined Quantiphi as Senior Lead HR Operations. Before that, from June 2017 to September 2021, she was associated with Applied Materials as an HR Team Lead. Mohanty was also with INSZoom from October 2014 to November 2016 as an HR Generalist.
From April 2013 to October 2014, Mohanty worked for Manhattan Associates as an HR Consultant. She was also affiliated with Cisco from July 2012 to March 2013 as an HR Analyst. Mohanty was an HR Trainee for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance from April 2010 to June 2012.
