Sahil Sharma has joined Wingify as Global Chief People Officer, effective October 2026, taking charge of people management and HR priorities across the organisation’s global operations.
In his new role, Sharma will lead Wingify’s global people function. The company has not publicly detailed his specific mandate beyond this scope.

Sharma brings more than 17 years of experience across human resources, learning and development, organisational effectiveness and employee management. He joins Wingify after more than a decade at RateGain, a technology company providing software solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, where he most recently served as Group Chief Human Resources Officer for four years. He joined RateGain in 2016 as Senior Manager, Global Learning & Organisational Effectiveness, and rose through the organisation over his tenure there.
Before RateGain, Sharma was associated with IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, and has also worked for Serco. He studied Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and Business Administration and Management at Cornell University.
