V S International has appointed Rasik Dave as its new Head of Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation expands its presence in the healthcare sector.
In his new role, Dave will lead recruitment, leadership development, and performance management functions, with a focus on fostering a culture centred on accountability, innovation, and regulatory compliance. He is also expected to drive the integration of HR analytics and digital tools into core people processes to strengthen decision-making and support scalable growth.
Dave brings more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, including nearly 20 years in senior HR leadership roles at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries.
His appointment comes at a time when V S International is scaling operations and reinforcing its organisational capabilities to support growth.
During his tenure at Sun Pharma, Dave played a key role in shaping talent strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and HR transformation programmes across multiple business units. He also previously worked with Zydus Lifesciences, contributing to organisational development initiatives and employee engagement programmes.
An alumnus of Prin. L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Dave is recognised for aligning HR strategy closely with business objectives in regulated industries.
