TCCI Manufacturing Promotes Prabhat Sharma to Deputy Manager – HR

Prabhat Sharma has been promoted to Deputy Manager – Human Resources at TCCI Manufacturing, effective April 2026.

In his elevated role at the Noida-based plant, Sharma will lead end-to-end plant HR operations spanning manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle. His mandate also covers statutory compliance with the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, and CLRA; payroll processing; HRMS implementation; contractor workforce management; ISO/IATF audit readiness; and MIS reporting for management decision-making.

Sharma has been a part of TCCI Manufacturing India for nearly five years. He joined the organisation as Assistant Manager – HR in August 2021 and held the role until his promotion in April 2026. During his tenure as Assistant Manager – HR, he was named Young Achiever at the 18th Annual Employer Branding Awards in New Delhi, the same edition where TCCI India was recognised among the Best Employer Brands in North India for 2023.

Before TCCI, Sharma was associated with ABA Corp (County Group), an infrastructure and real estate group, as Senior Executive – HR from October 2016 to August 2021. In this role, he handled end-to-end recruitment, joining and relieving formalities, full and final settlements, and compensation and benefits administration. Prior to ABA Corp, he was Executive – HR at Sethi Group from June 2015 to October 2016, also based in India.

Earlier in his career, Sharma held the role of Executive – HR at Gardenia Aims Developers Private Limited in Noida from June 2013 to June 2015. He also served as Senior Executive – HR at Applied Labs in Noida from March 2013 to June 2013, and as Senior Assistant – HR at Era Infra Engineering Limited from October 2011 to November 2012, also in Noida.

Sharma holds an MBA in Human Resources from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and a BCA from CCS University. His professional credentials include certifications from HR Katalyst 4.0 and The Shape of Work. He describes his HR philosophy as “Strong Compliance. Smart Systems. Engaged People.
