MakeMyTrip Group’s redBus, has appointed Divya Amarnath as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources. In the new role, she will drive talent strategy, culture building and organisational effectiveness for a workforce of more than 1,500 employees across India and international markets. Her mandate will include redBus, Bitla and Savaari.
Before joining redBus, she served as Group Head – HR Digital Transformation and Analytics at Godrej Industries Group, where she led enterprise-wide HR digitisation and data-led people transformation initiatives.
She earlier held the role of Vice President, Global HR and Employee Relations at Lenskart, supporting rapid global expansion and complex workforce integration.
Her career also includes multiple leadership stints at Flipkart, where she worked across HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, HR technology and new business integration.
At Unilever, she led large-scale HR service delivery, organisation design and digital transformation programmes, contributing to operational excellence and structural efficiency. She has also worked with XSEED Education and GE HealthCare in strategic HR roles.
