Sandip Mishra takes charge as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Cyient DLM Limited, effective 15 October 2026, under his employment contract.
He has also been designated as Senior Managerial Personnel of the company. The firm disclosed the appointment to stock exchanges on 2 November 2026 as part of the outcome of its board meeting.
Mishra brings over 29 years of global HR leadership experience across the technology, services, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with a track record in leading HR through organisational transformation, rapid growth and integration.
Before joining Cyient DLM, Mishra was Group HR Head and CHRO at Prodapt Group for eight years, from October 2018 to September 2026, where he drove global expansion and integration initiatives for the technology services firm.
Prior to Prodapt, Mishra spent more than three years at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as Senior Director and Head of HR for its Biologics business, from April 2015 to October 2018. He also held senior leadership roles at Novartis Healthcare earlier in his career.
From April 2003 to April 2008, Mishra spent five years at Oracle as Senior Human Resources Manager. His earlier assignments included Assistant Manager, HR at Intergraph, and Manager, HR at LearningByte International, where he began his professional journey in June 1997. Mishra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in HR and Marketing.
