Kalamandir Jewellers Appoints Prosenjit Mukherjee as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

A seasoned HR professional, Mukherjee has been awarded numerous accolades. These include being named among the Top HR Innovators in the Asia Pacific Region for 2023, Top HR Tech Leaders in 2022, and Top HR Tech Paradigm Shifters in India in 2022.
Mukherjee also received the Excellence in HR Award in 2021, as well as distinctions such as HR40under40, Top 100 HR Minds, and Top People Manager, among others. He takes pride in being a mentor to other aspiring professionals and is a well-known public speaker.
Prior to joining Kalamandir Jewellers, Mukherjee was a part of SRKay Consulting Group for over six years. He joined the company in July 2019 as Group CHRO. In this role, he managed global human capital and people excellence in India and other countries, including the UK, USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Philippines.
From March 2014 to June 2019, Mukherjee was the Assistant Vice-President and CHRO for Azure Knowledge Corporation. He was also with KocharTech from 2013 to 2014 as Zonal Head of HR. As Zonal Head of HR, Mukherjee led the complete gamut of HR, including formulation of HR policies, systems and strategies & implementing with the help of a young team of professionals.
Mukherjee was associated with Aegis Limited from July 2006 to August 2013. He started working as a Customer Care Representative and was later promoted to trainer, a subject matter expert in the acquisition and merger segment of Aegis Aspire (a revenue-generating model) and then later got promoted as Lead – Talent Acquisition.
