Prior to this new role, Deblina served as Associate Director – Employee Experience at HighRadius, where she led initiatives focused on leadership engagement, culture transformation, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

She has created significant organizational value by serving as a trusted business partner to CXOs in designing and executing people strategies aligned with corporate goals, a reliable employee engagement partner guiding the workforce across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, and an expert strategy professional driving focused initiatives in areas such as compensation and recruitment.
Throughout her career, Deblina has worked with HIL (India) Limited and Reliance Communications, leading strategic initiatives in employee experience, digital HR transformation, talent development, and performance management.
