Genpact has leased 400,000 sq ft of office space at ASF Insignia in Gurugram, in one of the largest office leasing deals in Delhi-NCR this quarter.
The multi-year agreement will see Genpact occupy the entire Kings Canyon tower within ASF Insignia, a 50-acre integrated IT office campus. People familiar with the deal told Business Standard the total financial commitment is around ₹420 crore to ₹450 crore. ASF Group did not disclose the monthly rental or the tenure of the agreement.
“The transaction highlights the growing demand from large enterprises for Grade A, scalable and integrated office environments,” said Aanchal Saraf Aggarwal, director at ASF Group.
The lease supports Genpact’s expansion in advanced technology and “Agentic Operations” services. The company reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.343 billion, up 7.1% year on year, with its Advanced Technology Solutions division growing 24.1% over the same period.
ASF Insignia, developed by ASF Group, has about 2.3 million sq ft operational and another 2 million sq ft under construction. ASF Group has delivered more than 5 million sq ft of workspace across northern India, and other occupiers, including flexible-space operator Smartworks, have a presence on the campus.
The deal adds to strong Gurugram office demand and signals continued large-format leasing by technology and services firms in Delhi-NCR. TPB has reported the wider trend, including record GCC-led office leasing and how occupiers are reading AI’s effect on space decisions.
