Prior to joining ECL, Pramod served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SarvaGram. With over 20 years of experience, Pramod has held leadership roles and showcased exceptional HR expertise at renowned organizations such as Capgemini, Axis Bank, Tata Capital, and Tata Digital. He is deeply committed to building people-centric cultures, driving strategic talent development, and enabling organizational growth. Beyond his core HR responsibilities, Pramod has extensive experience in tackling complex business challenges, redesigning talent acquisition models, optimizing processes, and managing effective communication. As an ICF-certified professional coach, he also serves as a Career Coach, guiding the modern millennial workforce and leadership.
Academically, Pramod Shah holds a Master’s degree in Psychology (2004–2006) and brings a strong expertise in HR consulting, recruitment, HR policies, talent acquisition, strategic HR, and more.
