DLF Rental Business has appointed Deepti Kapoor as head of human resources, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation continues to sharpen its people strategy.
Kapoor joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as managing director and head of people & culture for India, Southeast Asia, and APAC tenant representation.
With over two decades of experience in strategic HR, Kapoor brings deep expertise in building high-performance teams and driving organisational capability.
Over the course of her career, she has worked across multiple sectors, including banking, media, telecom, hospitality, and consulting, with organisations such as ING Vysya Bank, HT Media, Aircel, and Grand Hyatt, in addition to running her own HR consulting venture, reported HRKatha.
Kapoor began her professional journey in 2002 as an assistant manager–human resources at Grand Hyatt, Vasant Kunj, before moving into regional HR leadership roles at ING Vysya Bank. She later joined HT Media, where she managed HR operations for a large employee base, and went on to lead HR business partnering, talent management, and organisational development at Aircel for over six years. After a stint as an independent HR consultant, she held leadership roles at Max Life Insurance and Cushman & Wakefield, aligning talent priorities with business growth across geographies.
An alumna of FORE School of Management with a master’s degree in human resources, Kapoor is expected to leverage her experience in talent strategy and organisational transformation to further strengthen people practices within DLF’s rental business.
