CoinDCX, one of India’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has appointed Neha Jain as Associate Director, Talent Acquisition.
Jain brings over 12 years of experience in building and scaling teams across technology, fintech, e-commerce and high-growth startups. In her new role, she will strengthen CoinDCX’s talent acquisition function, develop high-performing teams, and build scalable hiring strategies to support the company’s growth and its vision for the future of crypto.
Jain joins CoinDCX from Amazon, where she spent nearly seven years leading strategic technology and leadership hiring, driving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and leveraging AI and generative AI to transform recruitment. Her career also includes stints at PhonePe, Treebo and Rentomojo, giving her a blend of experience across global organisations and fast-growing Indian startups.
The appointment comes as CoinDCX continues to expand its leadership bench. The crypto exchange, which became India’s first crypto unicorn in 2021 after a $90 million Series C and later closed a $135 million Series D round led by Pantera and Steadview Capital, has made a series of senior hires in recent months, including Amol Wanjari as Head of Engineering, Sangeeth Aloysius as Head of Product, and Anmol Jain as Associate Director, Legal.
