Airspan Networks has elevated Triveni Parab to director, human resources, India, capping an 11 year rise inside the telecom technology firm.
In her new role, Parab will oversee Airspan’s HR strategy across India, with focus areas spanning talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and people-centric programmes built to support business growth. The company has framed the elevation as part of a push to strengthen internal leadership as it scales operations in the Indian market.
Her climb has been steady rather than sudden. Parab served as senior human resources manager from September 2021 to July 2026, and before that as human resources manager, India, from February 2015 to August 2021. Across both roles, spanning a tenure of 11 years and 7 months, she led HR initiatives and helped shape the company’s employee experience.
Parab holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and a Diploma in HR Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and brings more than 15 years of experience to the position.
