Colgate-Palmolive has elevated Aniruddha Rege to Head of Total Rewards, India, handing him charge of the company’s total rewards agenda across three markets: Colgate-Palmolive India, Colgate Global Business Services and Colgate-Palmolive Bangladesh. The move was reported on 7 September 2026.
Rege has been with Colgate-Palmolive for over three years. He joined in May 2023 as Assistant Manager, Total Rewards, was promoted to Manager, Total Rewards in October 2024, and took on the additional role of Branch HR Manager, South and West in July 2025 before moving into the India Total Rewards leadership role. In the new position, he will lead the rewards function across the three markets.
His experience spans total rewards, HR business partnering and human capital consulting, across consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications and professional services. That covers compensation and benefits, rewards strategy, HR operations and partnering with business functions on people priorities.
Before Colgate-Palmolive, Rege spent over two years with Reckitt, joining as Assistant Manager, Rewards in January 2021 and later moving into an HRBP and HR-operations role. Earlier, he spent close to three years with Aon as a human capital consultant, working on rewards philosophies and practices across sectors, and began his HR career with Tata Teleservices as Deputy Manager, HR. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
